Read the limited lifetime warranty for qualifying defects and premature decay on Quality Outdoor Patio Furniture products, including exclusions for misuse and normal aging.
What is covered
A natural defect or flaw, or a builder/manufacturer issue, may qualify for repair or replacement. Premature rot or decay that occurs earlier than reasonably expected may also be covered for the life of the product.
What is not covered
Customer neglect, misuse, abuse, failure to reasonably maintain the furniture, and customer-caused damage are excluded. Normal weathering, age and natural aging are not defects unless the condition is determined to be premature and covered under the warranty.
How a claim is reviewed
Warranty claims are reviewed based on the product, condition, age, care, cause of damage and available purchase information. Contact us with photos and purchase details so the condition can be evaluated.
